§P Vésteinn ... in memory of Freysteinn, his brother, (who) died in Greece. Þuli(?)/Þulr(?) cut ... §Q <ui--n> raises the stone in memory of Freysteinn, his brother, (who was) amiable towards followers. Þulir(?) cut the runes(?).
